To our valued current and future customers,

I want to start by saying the health and safety of our community, and our team here at Rappahannock IT, is our number one priority. This morning Rappahannock IT Management met to discuss steps we will be taking to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for our staff, and our customers. We are dealing with unprecedented circumstances, and with that Rappahannock IT is implementing steps to limit the potential exposure and subsequent spread of COVID-19, commonly known as Novel Coronavirus.

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, Rappahannock IT will be temporarily suspending all onsite work that requires entering the customer premise. This includes new installations. We will continue to provide some onsite assistance such as fixes and upgrades. Our technical staff will continue to be made available to support customers via phone and email. We would also like to ask that customers who are dropping their payments off use our drop box and call ahead for any computer issues you might have. We will be limiting entrance to our office.

While we understand the impact this may have on our customers, we must first and foremost protect the most vulnerable individuals in our communities by doing what we can to prevent the spread of the virus. We know our valued customers understand the severity of the situation and appreciate your continued support. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,

Cody Harrell
Director of Operations, Rappahannock IT
