 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I live in an old brick house. The wifi was weak upstairs, because of the thick plaster walls. They tested everything and now it' s much faster. I highly recommend them. I couldn't figure out which cable to use for my Macbook Air. Kyle showed me what an HDMI-Thunderbolt connector was.

Update March 2026: The wifi is fine, but after two years, I could only remember one of three passwords. I took the wifi router to their office and Kyle showed me how to use the app to reset passwords.  ( They have three employees named Kyle! )

Their office looks like an old mill building with huge wooden beams and windows. It looks like a great place to work.

They keep you informed and are easy to communicate and collaborate with. They even return calls! Very rare in this age. Kyle M. recently helped me navigate thru migrating a couple decades worth of photos to the CLOUD on 2 MACBOOK PRO's. We also deleted thousands of duplicate photos. This was a "mountain of work" that is not only secure in the CLOUD but is also much more manageable for me to create folders and albums with titles. The icing on the cake was this migration also included all of the META DATA! I have been in every kind of office environment including VOICE and DATA network rooms around the world for decades. Rappahannock IT's office space and customer support center is very impressive and cutting edge. So chill and professional.
