Job Title: Help Desk Analyst Tier II (Full-time)
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Required Certification(s): Security+
Desired Certification(s): Network+

- Proficient in NGFW configuration and management (Palo Alto/Fortinet)
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD / O365 Cloud
- Proficient in routing and switching protocols
- Knowledgeable in virtual machines and VMware
- Experience in VPNs and site to site VPN deployments
- Proficient in installation of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Collaboration with our team to drive solutions for our client base using a diverse skill set
- Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Linux
- Lead Engineer or Project Manager experience
